Party Policy

Our packages accommodate groups as small as 10 and as large as 30. Parties are provided a private room or the party zone during their jump time.

Having a private space during the length of your jump time allows your party to have a home base to come and go to as you please and have a place to enjoy food and drink if you choose to bring it in.

Our “no outside food allowed” policy has been changed to allow parties that are booked with us to bring in their own food and drink. The new party pricing reflects this policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the event with more than 72 hours notice, then you waive the right to the deposit but you will not owe anything further for the canceled event.

If you cancel the event with less than 72 hours' notice, then, so long as you reschedule the event to occur within 30 days of the originally scheduled event, we will apply the deposit to the cost of the event.

If you no-show at the event, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.

If you walk out of the event before payment, then you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event.

If an Act of God or weather event causes the Park to close, your party will be rescheduled. No refunds are provided for an Act of God or weather event.

It's SANTA! 🎅 Santa Sid to be exact!

You might recognize Santa Sid. He was THE Santa at the Mall of America for over 25 years. He will be making a special appearance at ZG on Tuesday, 12/23 from 12pm - 3pm. We will have a special area setup for a personal meet and greet and for you (parents) to take pictures.

GLOW PARTY!

Our biggest event of the year, is even better than last year!

This year we will have even MORE balloons, and MORE prizes. Over $7,500 in prizes will be dropped when we celebrate New Years at 4pm.

Northern Lights Glow Party

Every Friday and Saturday Night beginning at 6pm, the daylight sets at Zero Gravity and the Northern Lights come out! The park glows as the colors change until we close at 9pm.
